Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GrantIS platform operated by WDX Global Pty Ltd (ABN 45 688 506 934) (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as GrantIS — Grant Intelligent System. By accessing or using GrantIS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the GrantIS platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the authority to bind the organisation you represent, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

GrantIS is an AI-powered grant intelligence platform that helps Australian businesses and organisations discover, assess, and pursue grant funding opportunities. Features include AI grant matching, grant reporting, watchlists, alerts, and application workspace tools.
We provide the platform on a subscription basis. Features available to you depend on your selected plan.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep it up to date.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@grantis.com.au.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription & Payment

Access to GrantIS requires a paid subscription. Pricing is as published on our pricing page at grantis.com.au/pricing.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GrantIS to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property rights of others; (c) transmit harmful, offensive or misleading content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; (e) reverse engineer, copy or resell the platform without our written consent.
You must not use data obtained through GrantIS to build a competing product or service.

6. Grant Information & AI Accuracy

GrantIS uses AI to match grants to your profile. While we strive for accuracy, grant information may change and AI scoring is indicative only.
We do not guarantee that any grant will be awarded to you. Grant matching scores and reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal or professional advice.
Always verify grant eligibility and deadlines directly with the relevant funding body before submitting an application.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, designs and data on the GrantIS platform are owned by or licensed to WDX Global Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the company data you upload. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.
Grant reports generated by GrantIS may be used internally by your organisation. You may not resell or redistribute reports without our written permission.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed in connection with use of the platform.
Company profile data you enter is treated as confidential and is not shared with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WDX Global Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of GrantIS.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WDX Global Pty Ltd, its directors, officers and employees from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the platform.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to GrantIS at any time if you breach these Terms, with or without notice.
You may terminate your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting support@grantis.com.au.
Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days after which it may be deleted.

12. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the GrantIS platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of GrantIS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
